Dear Ron:
I wanted to take the time to thank you for introducing legislation
to repeal parts of Act 155 allowing two free drinks at casinos. This
is an important process issue for RocktheCapital.org, because this
Act was passed during a "lame duck" suggestion by a body about to
experience a large turn over.
We had several questions relating to this legislation:
1) Do you support Rose Marie Swanger’s HB 721 to ban "lame duck"
sessions? YES
If not, please explain why.
2) Would support limiting the amount spent on PSAs at the sane
level as the Senate, i.e, $4,800 annual expenditure?
If not, please explain why. YES
3) How much did the taxpayers spend to mail, print and distribute
your Spring 2007 Newsletter?
Mailing Cost = $4,922.07
4) Do you have any objections if we publish your responses on
RocktheCapital.org's web site? NO
